Calculation of reduced coefficients and matrix elements in jj–coupling

چکیده
A program RCFP will be presented for calculating standard quantities in the decomposition of many–electron matrix elements in atomic structure theory. The list of quantities wich are supported by the present program includes the coefficients of fractional parentage, the reduced coefficients of fractional parentage, the reduced matrix elements of the unit operator T (k) as well as the completely reduced matrix elements of the operator W (kjkq) in jj–coupling. These quantities are now available for all subshells (nj) with j ≤ 9/2 including partially filled 9/2–shells. Our program is based on a recently developed new approach on the spin–angular integration which combines second quantization and quasispin methods with the theory of angular momentum in order to obtain a more efficient evaluation of many–electron matrix elements. An underlying Fortran 90/95 module can directly be used also in (other) atomic structure codes to accelerate the computation for open–shell atoms and ions. PROGRAM SUMMARY Title of program: RCFP Catalogue number: ADNA Program obtainable from: CPC Program Library, Queen’s University of Belfast, N. Ireland. Users may obtain the program also by down–loading a tar–file ratip-rcfp.tar from our home page at the University of Kassel (http://www.physik.uni-kassel.de/fritzsche/programs.html). Licensing provisions: None. Computer for which the program is designed and has been tested: IBM RS 6000, PC Pentium II. Installations: University of Kassel (Germany). Operating systems: IBM AIX 4.1.2+, Linux 6.1+. Program language used in the new version: ANSI standard Fortran 90/95. Memory required to execute with typical data: 100 kB. No. of bits in a word: All real variables are parametrized by a selected kind parameter and, thus, can be adapted to any required precision if supported by the compiler. Currently, the kind parameter is set to double precision (two 32–bit words) as it is for other components of the RATIP package [1]. Peripheral used: Terminal for input/output. Distribution format: tar gzip file CPC Program Library Subprograms required: Catalogue number: to be assigned: Title: REOS99; Ref. [1]

Numerical Calculation of Coupling Efficiency for an Elegant Hermite-Cosh-Gaussian Beams
The ABCD matrix method is used to simplifying the theoretical coupling efficiency calculation of Elegant Hermite-Cosh-Gaussian (EHChG) laser beams to a Single Mode Fiber (SMF) with a quadric lens formed on the tip. The integrals of coupling efficiency relation are calculated numerically by Boole method. Meanwhile, the structure parameters of surface-lensed fiber are optimized in numerical simul...
متن کاملReduction of Reservoir Fluid Equilibrium Calculation for Peng-Robinson EOS with Zero Interaction Coefficients
For some of the EOS models the dimension of equilibrium problem can be reduced. Stability and difficulties in implementation are among the problems of flash calculation. In this work, a new reduction technique is presented to prepare a reduced number of equilibrium equations. Afterwards, a number of appropriate solution variables are selected for the prepared equation system to solve the equati...
متن کاملSome Modifications to Calculate Regression Coefficients in Multiple Linear Regression
In a multiple linear regression model, there are instances where one has to update the regression parameters. In such models as new data become available, by adding one row to the design matrix, the least-squares estimates for the parameters must be updated to reflect the impact of the new data. We will modify two existing methods of calculating regression coefficients in multiple linear regres...
متن کاملB - parameters for ∆ S = 2 Supersymmetric Operators
We present a calculation of the matrix elements of the most general set of ∆S = 2 dimension-six four-fermion operators. The values of the matrix elements are given in terms of the corresponding B-parameters. Our results can be used in many phenomenological applications, since the operators considered here give important contributions to K 0 – ¯ K 0 mixing in several extensions of the Standard M...
متن کاملB?J/?(?,K) Decays within QCD Factorization Approach
We used QCD factorization for the hadronic matrix elements to show that the existing data, in particular the branching ratios BR ( ?J/?K) and BR ( ?J/??), can be accounted for this approach. We analyzed the decay within the framework of QCD factorization. We have complete calculation of the relevant hard-scattering kernels for twist-2 and twist-3. We calculated this decays in a special scale ...
